Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agile ist zum Modewort geworden und gilt vielen als Synonym dafür, dass es hip und modern ist, wie Prozesse, Projekte und Produkte erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Die Erfolgswelle ist unbestreitbar (Rigby et al., 2016). Doch in der Praxis und in der Tiefe bleibt Agile immer noch ein unscharfes Konzept und ein wolkiges Geheimnis für viele. Obwohl es schnell mit jugendlichen Begriffen wie flexibel und anpassungsfähig an Veränderungen assoziiert wird, ist ein tiefes Verständnis für das Thema nicht immer vorhanden. Woher weiß man, was wirklich Auswirkungen auf das Endergebnis hat und diese vorantreibt? Wenn die Interdependenzen zwischen Systemen und Prozessen groß sind, ist diese Frage viel schwieriger zu beantworten. Da die Realität meist so aussieht, verdient diese Frage jedoch eine klare Antwort.
