Abstract

Zusammenfassung Da die empirische Forschung nicht in der Lage ist, Konzepte zu interpretieren, ist die Struktur einer empirischen Untersuchung besonders relevant. Dieses Kapitel beginnt mit qualitativen Voruntersuchungen, die zu Hypothesen über das Konzept der Mitarbeiterloyalität, negative Ergebnisse und den interkulturellen Vergleich führen. Die anschließende messtechnische Überprüfung von Mitarbeiterloyalitätsstudien weist auf die Verbreitung von Selbsteinschätzungsfragebögen hin. Abschließend werden das Design des deutschen und des chinesischen Fragebogens, die Stichprobenstruktur, die verwendeten Mitarbeiterloyalitäts-Items und die Auswertungsmethoden vorgestellt.
