Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Artikel zeigt, dass ein erster Schlüsselfaktor und eine Voraussetzung für die Verbindung von Menschen der „nachhaltige Zweck“ (im Original: Sustainable Purpose) ist. Die Teams brauchen einen Kontext, in dem sie das „Warum“ ihres Tuns finden können, und sie müssen das Gefühl haben, dass eine Reise voller Ungewissheiten und Veränderungen vor ihnen liegt, die sie gemeinsam als reisende Organisation bewältigen müssen, um Sinn zu schaffen. Der nachhaltige Zweck ist somit eine Energiequelle und sorgt dafür, dass Projektteams über die nötige Widerstandsfähigkeit für sehr anspruchsvolle Reisen mit reflexiven und selbstbestimmten Teams verfügen. Der Artikel zeigt auf, welche Fähigkeiten dafür entscheidend sind und welche Personen unverzichtbar sind, um die erforderlichen Verbindungen zwischen Teammitgliedern und Stakeholdern herzustellen und zu fördern und das erforderliche gemeinsame Vertrauen zu entwickeln.
