Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zukunftssichere Organisationen brauchen ein geschärftes Verständnis von Leadership – als eine Kraft, die Einfluss nimmt und Wirkung erzeugt, als organisatorische, interaktionelle und individuelle Leistung. Dieser Artikel gibt einen Einblick in Konzepte und Ideen, die einen kooperativeren Leadershipsansatz fördern. Letztlich geht es darum, Leadershipskonzepte zu überdenken und anzuwenden, die dem Unternehmen auf seinem Weg zum Erfolg dienen und auf den drei Säulen Zweck, Reisen und Vernetzung basieren.
