Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Anthropozän ist geprägt von technologischer Entwicklung und Enthusiasmus, aber auch von globalen Krisen, die Angst und Misstrauen, Entfremdung und Vereinzelung der Menschen fördern. Manager, die Veränderungsprozesse leiten, müssen sich dieser Einflüsse aus der Welt um sie herum bewusst sein, kraftvolle Interventionen entwerfen und ermöglichen und die Three Pillars of Organization and Leadership (drei Säulen der Organisation und des Leaderships) in wertvolle Erfahrungen umsetzen: Glaubwürdige und inspirierende Zielsetzung, Organisation als gemeinsames Unterfangen, Verbindung von Ressourcen und Erleben von gemeinsamem Erfolg. Der Artikel gibt Beispiele für entsprechende Ereignisse und Verhaltensweisen.
