Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es kann prognostiziert werden, dass in Zukunft im Durchschnitt mehr als 50 % der Wertschöpfung von Unternehmen in Projekten erbracht werden wird. Dies bedeutet, dass Budget, Ressourcen und Fachwissen im Vergleich zum Volumen der Nachfrage noch knapper werden. Daher ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, ein geeignetes Managementmodell für das Projektportfolio zu entwickeln, das wirklich funktioniert – im Gegensatz zu den vielen bestehenden Konzepten, die zwar intellektuell brillant sind, aber in der Praxis nicht funktionieren. Der Artikel wird einige der wichtigsten Widersprüche und Ungereimtheiten transparent machen und Wege vorschlagen, diese in der Welt der volatilen, unsicheren, komplexen und mehrdeutigen (im Englischen: VUCA) Unternehmen pragmatisch zu lösen.
