Abstract

Zusammenfassung In dem Artikel geht es darum, wie ein Roadmovie dazu beitragen kann, die Kunst des Reisens einer Organisation auf der Grundlage starker und gültiger Analogien zu vermitteln und das Denken über den Tellerrand hinaus zu fördern. Dies wird anhand von 303 gezeigt, einem Film über eine Reise in verschiedenen Dimensionen – 3000 km durch großartige Landschaften in Europa, durch grundlegende Fragen über das Menschsein und das, was geändert werden muss, durch persönliche Krisen und die Selbstwahrnehmung der Protagonisten, durch die langsame Entwicklung einer Beziehung, durch die Entwicklung einer neuen Sicht auf die mögliche persönliche Zukunft. Nach dem Anschauen des Films sind die Menschen bereit, sich offen auf neue Erfahrungen einzulassen. Was könnte die Denkweise einer reisenden Organisation besser unterstützen!
