Abstract

Gaining more insight into Sternberg’s learning style theory’s principles and how and to what extent these are related to transformational leadership is of interest. We will evaluate transformational leadership against the tenets of Sternberg’s thinking/learning styles. The second part of the discussion will address the theoretical relationship between learning style and transformational leadership.
