Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Zusammenfassung der Hauptargumente dieses Textes ist festzuhalten, dass Afrika den fehlerhaften Zirkel von flacher Wirtschaftsintegration und fehlender industrieller Diversifizierung, die sich gegenseitig bedingen, nur mit gemeinschaftlicher Wirtschaftspolitik mit dem Ziel nachholender Industrialisierung auflösen kann. Das verlangt nach strukturellen Anpassungen auf der Ebene der existierenden Regionalgemeinschaften, der Afrikanischen Freihandelszone in Gründung und auch auf der Ebene der Nord-Süd-Handelsabkommen, die den politischen Spielraum für gezielte Agrar- und Industriepolitik in Afrika zu sehr einengen. - Darüber hinaus stellen sich neue Herausforderungen. Afrika muss seine Spielräume in der Neuordnung der Globalisierung mit neuen Trends des On-Shoring und der Re-Regionalisierung sowie in der globalen Verwirklichung von Industrie 4.0 finden und seine Schritte zur Industrialisierung grün, d. h. auf einer neuen energetischen Grundlage in Angriff nehmen. Grüne Regionen in einem fortgeschrittenen energie- und industriepolitischen Sinne werden Afrikas wirtschaftliche Zukunft bestimmen.
