Abstract

In this chapter, Crammond highlights both internal and external stakeholders for the entrepreneurial university. This is in relation to key individuals and groups who are those agents of change possessing significant influence and power, towards promoting inclusivity and improving institutional impact. Additionally, this chapter appreciates behavioural and personality theory in understanding productive role models for university-based entrepreneurship. This chapter concludes with a case study example of entrepreneurship in action through university incubators and accelerators, a discussion of prevailing stakeholder narratives from the higher education context, and the second element of the University Model for Entrepreneurship (UM4E): Motive.
