Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem abschließenden Kapitel werden die Antworten auf die Forschungsfragen erörtert, bevor auf die Grenzen und weiteren Schlussfolgerungen und Implikationen dieses Forschungsberichts eingegangen wird. Außerdem werden Vorschläge für weitere Forschungsarbeiten sowie die Beiträge dieser Studie zur Forschung und zur Praxis erörtert, bspw. die Vorbildwirkung, den Zusammenhang von schlechter Führung und Krankheitsstand, und die Bedeutung des mittleren Managements. Diese Forschungsarbeit leistet zudem einen Beitrag zu forschungsmethodischen Ansätzen, indem sie die Induktive Kategorisierung erstmals im betrieblichen Kontext und bei Führungsfragen einsetzt.
