Abstract

The findings of the quantitative study are presented in this chapter together with the pertinent analysis. The regression analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA) techniques were utilised to identify and analyse the findings of the online questionnaire survey from participating organisations’ employees to ascertain applicable factors related to employees’ ERP adoption. The relationships between major constructs of the study—namely individual (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness, prior experience, enjoyment with innovation); organisational (training, managerial support, incentives, organisational culture); social (peer influence, image, social network); and industrial (the embryonic and changing nature of the technology, community size)—are investigated and analysed to discover the relationships among constructs under the proposed conceptual mode
