Abstract

The art and science of data literacy requires the construction of a map to make the best possible decisions. Incorporating all of the right elements, at the right scale and dimension, is the goal in the first two phases of the OODA loop: observe and orient. This book is a guide on how to construct such a map and extract meaning from it, and it concludes with practical benefits beyond the skill of data literacy.
