Abstract

In this lawsuit, the Plaintiff alleged that her position as Vice President of the Midstream Sector of a large oil and gas company was wrongfully terminated, and as a result she has incurred economic damagesEconomic damage in the range of $4–5 million. The Plaintiff alleged that she experienced economic damages of lost wages, retirement benefitsRetirement benefits, and stock compensationFringe benefitsstockStock based compensation. Due to the complex nature of the Plaintiff’s employment as an executive in the Oil & Gas industry, advanced economic models reflecting the Plaintiff’s compensation and labor marketLabor market opportunities were formulated and used to assess the Plaintiff’s allegations.
