Abstract

The Plaintiff in this case was an experienced Pathologist with expertise in Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine, who alleged economic damagesEconomic damage due to the cessation of his employment agreement with his business partners. In order to address the Plaintiff’s alleged lost earnings, a detailed analysis of all the components of his earnings, as well as an analysis of his future employability must be performed. The labor marketLabor market and economic damageEconomic damage analysis performed in this case showed that the Plaintiff was highly employable and not economically harmed.
