Abstract

The implementation of the Sustainable development goals (SDG) based on humanization of the economic growth, addressing social problems and protecting the environment, marked a new era of development. Manufacturing remains to be the area with the capacity to achieving the most amounts of Goals, and the fuel and energy companies possess significant finances to meet the challenges. Supporting the concept of sustainable development based on a single platform consisting of three components: ecological, economic and social. Companies increase competitiveness rankings which helps the company in tough economic situation to be chosen as an executor. Implementing digital technologies enhances the capacity and provides security in dealing with the customer (Zavyalova et al., in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, 2020). The tool for achieving the goals is modernization of production. Implementing digital technologies has a positive effect on the increasing rates of economic growth, reducing the negative influence on the environment, reducing the labour intensity and increasing safety. By caring about the employees, giving the opportunity to educate and enhancing capacity the companies increase interest and motivation among the employees and this reflects on the economic rates and meets the global trend in humanizing the economic growth (Jones and Schneider in Journal of Economic Growth 11(1):71–93, 2005). This research is aimed at analysing the production activities and comparing the results with the global trends in producing oil and gas and estimating whether it meets the programme of humanized development.
