Abstract

The article is devoted to modern geo-economic problems of the green economy. The growing importance of environmental aspects and a green economy has bought the attention of key actors in geoeconomics to these issues. However, each participant in geoeconomics in the field of green economy and ecology has its own interests, and opportunities and approaches differ significantly. Issues of environmental conservation are becoming an area of fierce competition both at the conceptual level and in reality. Decarbonization as part of the fight against global warming will lead to a change in international trade and the position of countries in the world economy. Along with the fight against global warming, the main geo-economic actors also need to give active attention to other acute environmental problems facing humanity.
