Abstract

This chapter explores the impact of three distinct, but related, factorsFactors on Knowledge ManagementKnowledge management and LearningLearning in organizationsOrganizations, specifically DiversityDiversity, InclusionInclusion, and Organizational Citizenship BehaviourOrganizational citizenship behaviour. The chapter begins by overviewing each of the factors, and other relevant concepts, before briefly discussing other organizational benefits associated with the three factorsFactors. Finally, the potential relationship between these factorsFactors and Knowledge ManagementKnowledge management and LearningLearning is discussed.
