Abstract

Modern companies thrive on fast-paced strategies and the successful execution of these strategies. But this speed should not come at the expense of processes that have been put in place. There should be a certain way that rapid prototyping is done and executed. Setting up inherent structures that will help to develop and deploy these fast prototypes is important. The mindset of the company and the people should be aligned to executing such fast-paced projects. This requires agility, grit, and will to drive quickly and with a data-driven approach. Each data point when executing prototype projects is important. It enables the team to then decide whether the execution and the strategy were good or flawed. Quick changes can then be done to make it a full-fledged strategy.
