Abstract

The search for and the acquisition of capital and other resources is considered glamorous by some. Of interest now is how are these resources utilized and how the supporting decisions to utilize them are made. Finally, it becomes of interest to measure the outcomes of the use of these resources. Did they accomplish the desired result?
