Abstract

As mentioned at the beginning of the book, you may be starting a Developer Relations program, benchmarking your program, launching a new product, or just trying to learn more about DevRel. You may sit in a marketing role, or product development, or be a sales support engineer. No matter which scenario or role you fall into, ground zero is getting to know the product you are being asked to promote and support. Let’s see what you need to know.
