Abstract

This chapter is for those with a limited (or no) business continuity plan (BCP). Its purpose is to make sure you have the bare minimum in place so you have a much better chance of surviving if disaster strikes tomorrow. Then the rest of the book will help you establish a plan that goes well beyond the minimum to enable your company to continue conducting business under duress.
