Abstract

As outsourcing of non-core businesses steadily becomes a global trend, companies who provide outsourcing services have begun to flourish. Started as a logistics service provider for Cisco, Eternal Asia, the company that will be discussed in this chapter, quickly refined and perfected the concept of supply chain management and capitalized on these global trends. On top of this, it went a step further to develop a supply chain financing model that provides significant value for the financing of SMEs in general.
