Abstract

Augmented humanistic leadership (AHL) leverages advanced AI technologies to enhance leadership effectiveness by integrating humanistic values. This chapter explores how AI can support leaders in developing empathy, adaptability, and ethical standards, crucial for navigating the complexities of modern business environments. AHL focuses on creating leaders who can inspire and guide diverse teams by incorporating AI-driven insights and feedback into their decision-making processes. By aligning AI tools with humanistic principles, leaders can enhance their ability to manage emotional and relational dynamics, ensuring a more inclusive and ethical approach to leadership. This new framework aims to address the gaps in traditional leadership development, fostering leaders who can thrive in multicultural and rapidly changing contexts.
