Abstract

Work–life balance has gained more importance in the current scenario than ever before. In testing times like the COVID-19 pandemic, when the world is already going through a lot and mental peace and health has become a significant priority. This research paper aims to identify the relationship between occupational stress and work–life balance among employees working from home and working from office. The t-test shows that there is high level of occupational stress observed by the employees working from office. The correlation results indicate the significant relationship between contact/relationship and occupational stress as well as work/achievement and occupational stress. The regression results indicated that occupational stress significantly influences the work–life balance among the employees. The recommendations and implications are given by the author.
