Abstract

The focus of the study is to ascertain whether company internationalization and globalization can produce new circumstances that alter Poland's firm management paradigm. The paper indicates cultural changes in Poland related to globalization resulting from the internationalization of companies. The survey was conducted on a group of 54 companies. The survey results conducted in selected enterprises located in Poland indicate elements similar to the literature on the subject, as well as key aspects resulting from the unique features of the Polish market. Detailed analysis of the collected data showed that the globalization process influences changes in the level of cultural dimensions in Poland. This research is, therefore, a valuable analysis because, thanks to the inclusion of cultural changes in Poland in the management model, the manager has the opportunity to optimize the results of the business unit he manages.
