Abstract

The practice of skills management and employee training has acquired great relevance in society because of the constant changes in the most diverse areas, technological, socio-economic, cultural, and political; they require constant updating and new ways to develop employees. Through training, employees acquire new skills and develop existing ones, and the influence of training also increases their motivation levels and job performance. It is in this context that the present study is developed, which aims to present a reflection on the importance of skills management and employee training and how these have an influence on motivation and job performance.
