Abstract

The Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) sector has witnessed significant growth in recent years, reshaping the dynamics of the food industry. This study investigates the factors influencing customer satisfaction and adoption within the Q-Commerce landscape. The introduction provides a comprehensive overview of the burgeoning Q-Commerce sector, emphasizing its impact on the food delivery ecosystem. With a focus on technological advancements, diverse menu offerings, and promotional strategies, this research aims to uncover the key drivers shaping user preferences. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a structured survey instrument to collect data from 400 participants. Through multiple regression analysis, the research evaluates the impact of independent variables, including delivery time, menu variety, promotional offers, customer reviews & ratings, technological integration, and quality/trust, on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction and adoption. The findings offer valuable insights for Q-Commerce platforms, providing a roadmap for enhancing user experiences, optimizing service delivery, and contributing to the overall sustainability of the food industry.
