Abstract

Precarization is one of the most important trends in the modern development of the labor market both in Russia and abroad. At the same time, the relevance of managing organizational and non-organizational stresses increases, which are facilitated by both numerous external factors and changing working conditions. This article provides an analysis of the current state of precarization, as well as the results of studies of the causes of precarization, conducted with the involvement of the heads of 46 organizations in the service sector, and studies of the correlation of labor stress and precarization. The main conclusion of the article is the thesis that in order to solve the problems associated with the development of precarization, an integrated approach is needed as well as the involvement of multi-level entities: the state, entrepreneurs, managers, and employees themselves.
