Abstract

The article deals with the significance of principles of sustainable development for the educational system. The basis of this process in the terms of building a unified educational space for sustainable development is the concept of the project “The school of the RF Ministry of Education.” The authors defined the main requirements to the management team in an educational institution and offered steps for increasing the efficiency, as well as its functioning and development. The research was held in educational organizations of the Far Eastern Federal District with the support of State Autonomous Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education “The Academy of the RF Ministry of Education.” There are given the results of the reflexive self-diagnostics for revealing deficits aiming at the development of professional competences of school team members. Also, there was held the evaluation of the effectiveness of the management team activity in the terms of the project “The school of the RF Ministry of Education.” As a result of the research, the authors present the model of competences of the educational organization management team. On the basis of the research final results, there were formulated the basic principles of management team building in education and methods of their development in the framework of using traditional instruments of professional training for the sustainable development of school teams in terms of the project “The school of the RF Ministry of Education.”
