Abstract

The significance of the formation of the technological model as one of the systemic forms of the ecosystem is determined by the total penetration of digital technologies into all spheres of social and industrial life of society. The main objectives of the proposed article are theoretical substantiation of the possibility of forming a technological model; disclosure of the concepts of “ecosystem” and “noo-economy”; formulation of the prerequisites for the formation of a technological model; development of methods for managing the process of forming a positive impact on the formation of a new stage of social development in the process of transition of the ecosystem to the level of “noo-economy”; substantiation of possible approaches to assessing the positive impact on the formation of a new stage of social development; and development of the following methods for the formation of a technological model. The methods of the research are comparative, analytical and prognostic. The research hypothesis is an assumption and statement that the transition to the “no-economic method” of conducting economic activity and the transformation of the already functioning systematic approach to economic and social relations is still premature and the authors propose the direction of a gradual platform transition to “noo-economics”, which can be based on “man information”, the development of which should take place within the framework of informatisation of the entire modified technological process of production and management using the capabilities of artificial intelligence and its integration into all spheres of social and economic life of society.
