The Transformation of Corporate Management Business Processes in the Context of the Digitalization of the National Economy

Abstract

This study reviews the key existing problems that have a negative impact on achieving the digitalization of the national economy. It is noted that in order to increase the degree of corporate governance, the transformation of existing business processes to comply with the new model of national economic development is required. In the context of this study, the new model of national economic development is understood as an increase in economy competitiveness through the widespread introduction of the appropriate digitalized infrastructure in all socio-economic relations at all management levels, allowing to transition to the service activity of the economy while minimizing any risks.
