Abstract

The article presents the possibility of digital technologies use in business entities interaction. The purpose is to identify the most useful digital technologies for the development of business entities interaction. The methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, probability theory, and fuzzy logic are used to achieve the goal. The forms of interaction including cooperation, coordination and collaboration are discussed in the article. The following criteria for the classification of digital technologies were proposed: the level of specialization of digital technology, the types of economic activity and the level of interaction of business entities. A classification system of digital technologies recommended for business entities interaction use is proposed based on these criteria. The conditions for increasing economic activity efficiency of business entities with the use of digital technologies are formulated. The key areas of digital technologies application to improve the efficiency of business entities interaction are defined. An expert system for determining the probability of specific digital technology choosing of business entities interaction based on the fuzzy logic tools is proposed. The level of accompanying risk of digital technology application and the profit from its use are suggested as a factor indicator of the expert system.
