Abstract

This research aims at establishing the connection between talent management and organizational performance, as well as determining a talent assessment system in organizations. The field of study includes the case study of three educational institutions that have incorporated employee development strategies based on talent management principles. This research demonstrates that talent is an evaluation criterion in the studied educational institutions, even where talent management systems are not in place. The study involves three educational institutions using different data sources and analyzed using different data-gathering techniques for triangulation. Knowing the talent and organizational concepts, depending on the organizational strategy, as well as creating a talent-based organizational culture, ensures that talent is maintained in the organization.
