Abstract

Public mobility is a major concern for big cities, but even more complex if the main transport relies on public buses, such as Sao Paulo. Despite recent improvements, bus service quality is still below expectations. A survey-based analysis investigates the main issues and evaluates possible differences based on social-demographic aspects.
