Abstract

Our paper develops an approach for the comprehensive analysis of types of agricultural land use by the leading Ukrainian enterprises of the respective regions which position themselves as industry leaders. Such an approach is necessary in order to evaluate the prospects for ecologization of the practices and business activities of these enterprises on the basis of a cluster analysis based on the territorial principle. The stages of preparation and evaluation of data and interpretation of the obtained results are determined by the authors. Our proposed model allows identifying typical characteristics of land use which determine the efficiency of activities and compliance with current trends in the development of the agricultural industrial complex of Ukraine and its leading enterprises.
