Abstract

Aiming at the unstable environmental conditions and the information is not transparent during the cold chain transportation of aquatic products, a cold chain transportation monitoring and temperature prediction system is proposed and designed by using wireless sensor network (Wireless Sensor Networks, WSN) combined with LSTM model. The system hardware uses the CC2530 module as the main control unit and uses temperature and humidity sensors, air quality sensors, carbon dioxide sensors to realize intelligent information collection. This system uploads the collected information to the OneNET Internet of Things service platform in real time, solving the problem of effective supervision of food safety information. Real-time monitoring of environmental information. Using the LSTM model to establish a temperature prediction model, predicting the temperature in the transport vehicle in real time, and control the temperature during transportation. Experiments prove that the system is effective in real time.
