After you have studied this chapter, you should be able to: Know the general characteristics of systems design. Know the characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, and types of models. Know various types of supply chain objectives, constraints, and costs. Know the characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, and types of algorithms. Know various distance norms and understand their relationship with real-world distances.
