Abstract

This chapter examines the advantages that high-expectation entrepreneurs can derive from participating in ‘experimental laboratories’ for business with regard to specifically practical implementation. Although experimental business labs can indeed enhance performance, promote the development of entrepreneurial skills, and reduce operating costs, questions remain as to how best to initiate the process and what means can be used to make it work effectively.
