Abstract

One of the sectors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is education. In implementing learning, a solution is required for this circumstance. Technology is one component that can be leveraged. In several areas, technology is a need in the modern era. Education is one of the sectors that utilize technology extensively. Learning from the COVID-19 epidemic, it is still highly successful to integrate technology into educational activities. The main aim of this study is to discover how student learning results differ in Indonesia based on student learning preferences. A quantitative causal-comparative analysis compares the means of two independent variables and one dependent variable. The findings distinguished students who learned in Moolang virtual classes and those who knew in traditional classroom settings. There is a significant disparity in students’ average learning preferences, with an average difference of 3330 more dominant students who prefer to learn through virtual media. Students who desire to participate in Moolang virtual classroom learning have better intermediate learning outcomes than students who choose to learn in a traditional classroom setting. This study concludes that the Moolang virtual class has an effect on increasing learning outcomes in terms of student learning preferences, while on signal support and gender, learning using Moolang is classified as increasing.
