General Context of Latin American Countries

Abstract

This chapter shortly introduces the general socio-economic and cultural context of the four countries analyzed within the Latin American cluster. It emphasizes the leading economic role of Chile among the four countries and suggests some hypotheses respective employer related preference profiles in the Latin American region.
