Abstract

This chapter provides insight into Ireland’s business environment aligned with Corporate Social Responsibility observed from the point of view of future job seekers. Through a survey, the value ascribed by respondents to these CSR strategies is presented. In general, the results show that future job seekers focus on companies that offer personal career development and a good working environment, while, giving less importance to the dimensions of socio-ecological responsibility and ethics and governance.
