Abstract

Young job seekers from East Europe share a common high appreciation for general workplace and company related employer’s attributes. Nevertheless, differences in preferences are evident. This chapter summarizes the results of the conjoint analysis carried out in the four east European countries inspected (Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland and Russia) and compares outcomes with global average values. Historical, cultural and socio-economic traits of the area are reflected in the results.
