Abstract

This chapter is devoted to expert evaluation of consumer qualities of competing products. Realization of the offered method requires the resource approach based on the fact that consumer qualities of the compared products are determined by these products’ capability to ensure mutual influence of resources in the process of manufacture of new products. For the purpose of conduct of comparative analysis of qualitative parameters, the expert approach is offered—which is predetermined by difficulty in structuring and formalization of such tasks. The result of comparison of consumer qualities of competing products are score values of their influence level, performed by each of the six used resources (human, technical, material, information, and institutional) on the usage of all resources in the process of manufacture of new products, for cases of use of each compared product in this process.
