Abstract

Full and timely execution of jurisdictional bodies’ acts is a guarantee of effectiveness of enforcement proceedings. Proper execution of judicial and other acts stimulates realization of the goals of civil trials, stabilization of economic state of subjects of law, and order of civil turnover. The article determines the reasons for low indicators of work of enforcement authorities and formulates measures for eliminating them.
