Abstract

Considerable changes in economy caused the need for reconsideration of approaches to the organization of logistic activity. First of all it concerns the logistics organizational forms of providing formation and maintenance of logistic activity parameters at the demanded level depending on environment conditions and internal factors of the company development, as well as defining integration prospects between logistic partners. The current changes of economic climate leading to an exacerbation of competitive struggle require enterprise adaptation of relation system taking place in modern economy by means of evolution of an organizational form. It defined relevance of the research and its purpose that is development of the theory and methodology of transformation of organizing logistics forms under current conditions that will allow defining scientific and methodical approaches to the process of their creation.
