Using Project-Based Approach in Public-Private Partnership with Participation of Corporate Holding Structures

Abstract

Integration processes in economy lead to changes in the model of interaction between state and private business, especially with participation of corporate holding structures in partnership relations. The article studies peculiarities of the use of project-based approach with participation of corporate holding structures in public-private partnership. The role of state influence on participants of partnership relations is described. The necessity for the formation of unified control center during realization of project activities within public-private partnership is substantiated. The model of division of functional responsibilities during cooperation between this center and the state is formed.
