Abstract

This introduction provides an overview of the Dynamics of Institutional Change in Emerging Markets – Theories, Concepts, and Mechanisms. It outlines the concepts, theories, mechanisms, and dynamism of institutional change in emerging markets. It describes the contents of the book and the chapters contributed by eminent scholars, experts, educators, and researchers, who are teaching and conducting research in the interdisciplinary field of institutional studies. Besides, the research articles presented in this book can reveal new insights into the dynamics of institutional change for researchers interested in development of new theories and comparative studies, especially in the era of emerging markets.
