Gazdálkodj okosan (a kompetenciákkal)! - Kompetens munkáltatók és leendõ munkavállalók felmérése

Abstract

Napjainkra a kompetencia az emberi erõforrás-menedzsment egyik kulcsfontosságú fogalmává nõtte ki magát, mivel segít annak a kérdésnek a megválaszolásában, hogy milyen tényezõk szükségesek ahhoz, hogy a vállalatoknak kiválóan, az átlag felett teljesítõ, kompetens dolgozóik (és így hatékony szervezeteik) legyenek. A kompetenciának több elnevezése is létezik: humán/emberi tõke, tudástõke, intellektuális tõke, humán/emberi erõforrás, immateriális javak, nem tárgyi eszközök, szellemi vagyon/tõke/erõforrás. Tanulmányunk elején bemutatjuk a kompetenciák fõbb felhasználási területét, a kompetenciagazdálkodás fogalmát, majd ezután következik a munkáltatók és a z egyetemi hallgatók bevonásával végzett felmérés eredménye a kompetenciák jelentõségérõl, annak változásáról, fontosságáról és a kompetenciafejlesztésre vonatkozó javaslatok bemutatása a felsõoktatásban.
