Globális öregedés gazdasági hatásai a nyugdíjbiztonságra

Abstract

A dolgozat fõ témája a Föld országainak, különös tekintettel az Európai Unió (EU) tagállamait veszélyeztetõ társadalmi változások egyik legjelentõsebbike a népesség nagyfokú elöregedése, és ennek jelenlegi és várható hatása a gazdáságokra, különös tekintettel a magyarországi nyugdíjbiztonságra. A dolgozat részletesen ismerteti demográfiai adatok alapján a jelenlegi és a várható népesség eloszlását az uniós tagállamokban. Megvizsgáljuk, hogy a gazdasági rendszerekre milyen terheket rónak a szociális és egyéb kiadások. Az elõrejelzések alapján a szûkös keretek nagy valószínûséggel nem fognak kellõ nyugdíj biztonságot nyújtani. A következõ ötven évben jelentõsen nõnek az uniós kormányok GDP-arányos nyugdíjkiadásai (EPC, 2015), melyek elképzelhetõen nagy terhet fognak róni a gazdaságokra és a nyugdíjbiztonságra. Továbbá nagy valószínûséggel a jövõben az államilag garantált nyugdíj nem fog elegendõ színvonalú megélhetést biztosítani, így az öngondoskodás valamilyen formáját is ajánlott minél elõbb választani. A befejezõ rész az óbudai egyetem hallgatói között végzett kérdõíves kutatás eredményeit mutatja be. A kutatás vizsgálja, hogy az öngondoskodás, mint nyugdíjkiegészítõ pillér mennyire kap szerepet ma a köztudatban..
